Fig. 1. Day 4. No treatment. Note marked erythema and widespread pustular lesions. Patient had mild pain at this stage and contact tenderness. Treatment commenced with wheatgrass extract t.d.s.
Fig. 2. Day 6. After three times daily application of wheatgrass spray. No other treatment required. Note significant resolution of pustular lesions, absence of erythema and general reduction in activity and extent of rash. Patient had no pain.
